After studying at the Art Institute of New York Citys culinary program, Action went on to join the restaurant business as a chef. He slipped in the kitchen breaking his leg, was out of work, and decided to become a rapper. His mixtapes gained him popularity on the web and his performances intrigued the masses landing him a major label deal.
